Construction will start July 19th on the construction of Phase IV, to be completed in September.

Phase IV will include a fitness center with 15 workout stations (located on grassy area below the West Overlook), a pond just east of where the trail crosses the high water boat ramp road., and will connect the limestone segment of the trail (Phase I) with a trail that goes to the concrete spillway section of the Dam.

The Corps of Engineers is working with KASKAW (Lake Volunteers) on a tree identification project along the trail. A map will be created and signs posted in front of each tree.

Safety nets will be installed around the men’s softball diamond.
